OPTIFLEET MAP
Keep track of the real time position of your fleet with Optifleet Map: the vehicle location and tracking solution. It provides detailed maps which give regular updates on where the trucks are. The module links to Google Maps so operators can stay up to date with traffic information on their routes. Vehicle data is presented within the map so you can view information about a delivery or to assist in deciding which truck is best suited for a new assignment.
Features and benefits
Historical route information is available on the map for 12 months, keeping drivers on track and enabling them to find the best routes possible. In addition, up to 3 years of previous vehicle locations can be accessed via the Tracking Report. You can set email alerts identifying when a driver is approaching and leaving a defined area. You can also monitor the vehicles activity with driver status updates showing whether the driver is available, offline or resting.
Find the exact location of your driver at all times, down to street level, allowing you to estimate the remaining driver/trip times.
Customise points and areas of interest so you can be notified when the driver crosses borders or arrives at predefined areas.
Review historical positions and routes in detail to
determine whether your vehicle follows user defined routes and monitor overall times, historical trip time, fuel level and locations.
The vehicles’ present position is updated in real time minute by minute (Optifleet Map+ module required).
Allows operators to easily identify drivers and trucks best suited for new jobs based on their location.
Geo-fence alerts enable the user to identify when trucks approach, enter or leave a location.
Map+ The additional Map+ feature provides GPS positioning updates every 60 seconds. It also includes upgraded tracking with the advanced Geofence+ which enables multi shaped geo-fences such as circles, rectangles and polygons as well as country borders. Map+ offers a wide choice of search perimeters per vehicle, which are customised by the user, for a more precise result.
