16/03059/FUL - The Old Cock Inn Silver End Olney Conversion and alteration of the existing building to form 4 x 2 bed flats and 1 x 1 bed flat by reconstruction of existing outbuilding RESOLVED: The council has concerns about the access and egress from the site caused by the bollards in the middle of Silver End which impede a right turn out of the site.

16/03323/FUL - Site at Clickers Yard Yardley Road Olney Residential redevelopment including eight dwellings, access road, parking, landscaping and associated works RESOLVED: The council has concerns about overdevelopment of the site, and its impact on parking within and outside the site. We would ask that MKC parking standards are rigorously applied on this application as they are all large properties.

16/03349/FUL - 31 Dinglederry Olney MK46 5ES Second storey front extension, second storey rear extension and single storey rear extension RESOLVED: The council has no comments to make on the development, however, we would ask that MKC pay particular attention to the concerns of Mr Roberts, and use your professional judgment to address them.

16/00533/REM - 1 Osier Way Olney Milton Keynes MK46 5FP Reserved matters application for access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline planning permission 13/02130/OUT for erection of 33 dwellings and associated works (ADDITIONAL INFO REVISED ODOUR ASSESSMENT) RESOLVED: The council would like to remind MKC of the comments made by Anglian Water, the operator of the adjacent sewerage treatment works, in their submission date 22 November 2013 that, at times, there would be little practical mitigation for the odours generated from their works. They further asked to be consulted on any future odour modelling. We would therefore request that they be consulted on this report. The town council has concerns about the conclusions in figure 4.2 of the report where the extent of the high risk area is offset from the other extents shown. Finally, we would remind MKC that this site has been allocated for employment uses in the emerging Neighbourhood Plan, and permission should therefore be refused.
