OUTDOOR MODELS WINTERIZING YOUR PERLICK OUTDOOR PRODUCT IMPORTANT: THESE INSTRUCTIONS ONLY APPLY TO PERLICK OUTDOOR MODELS ONLY.

We recommend that the process of winterizing occur when the daily low temperature is at or below the temperatures stated below: Freezer models: 32°F (0°C) Refrigerator models: 38°F (3.3°C) Beverage Center models: 42°F (5.6°F) Wine Reserve models: 45°F (7.2°F) Beer Dispenser models: 38°F (3.3°C) Dual-Zone models: Refer to the warmest temperature compartment above 1. Turn the unit to the “OFF” position by pressing the “OFF” button on the controller. The controller displays the word “OFF” (If the power cord is accessible, unplug the cabinet. If not, turn off the circuit breaker to the receptacle that the cabinet is plugged into). 2. Remove all contents from the unit. 3. Remove the front grill from the unit. 4. Clean the condensing unit by using a vacuum cleaner to remove loose debris (dirt, leaves, etc.) that may have gotten inside the grill. 5. Reattach the front grill to the unit. 6. Clean the interior and exterior using stainless steel cleaner and polish.

► NOTE: Do not place a cover over the unit! While not required, you may choose to remove the unit from the outdoor location and store indoors. Perlick outdoor models can be used indoors without voiding the warranty. ► If you have a beer dispenser, follow the tower and line cleaning instructions located in the product manual.
