OVERNIGHT OATS 3 scrumptious recipes

These recipes use wholesome ingredients and natural sweeteners that will make you excited to get out of bed in the morning! As always, it is highly recommended to use an almost empty peanut jar as your overnight oatmeal vessel! Check out my original Overnight Oats YouTube episode to learn all about overnight oats, and for my recipe with protein powder if you’re looking for that added boost. For all of these recipes, simply mix all of the ingredients together in a jar until well combined, adjusting sweetness & texture to taste. Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy in the morning cold!

PUMPKIN PIE 1⁄2 cup oats 1⁄2 cup light almond milk 3 Tbsp pumpkin pureé 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt 2 tsp chia seeds 1⁄2 tsp vanilla 1⁄2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp stevia, or sweetener of choice to taste

COCOA-NUT BANANA 1⁄2 cup oats 1⁄2 cup light coconut milk 1/2 banana, mashed 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 1⁄2 tsp vanilla 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon 1 Tbsp honey, or sweetener of choice to taste

BLUEBERRY ALMOND 1⁄2 cup oats 1⁄2 cup light almond milk 1/3 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 3 Tbsp Greek yogurt 1 Tbsp almond butter 2 tsp slivered almonds 1⁄2 tsp vanilla 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon 1 Tbsp maple syrup, or sweetener of choice to taste
