[email protected] FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Oct. 6, 2009 GONZALES – Trick-or-treating activities in all areas of Ascension Parish will remain on Oct. 31 as scheduled. Here are details on trick-or-treating in unincorporated areas of Ascension Parish and its municipalities: Gonzales: Oct. 31, 6-8 p.m., no age limit (the City of Gonzales has an ordinance requiring trick-or-treating to be held on Oct. 31). Donaldsonville: Oct. 31, 6-8 p.m., no age limit. Sorrento: Oct. 31, 6-8 p.m., no age limit, but recommended only for those 12-and-under. Unincorporated Ascension Parish (including Prairieville): Oct. 31, 6-8 p.m., no age limit, but recommended only for those 12-and-under.
