Parking Options for 80 Prospect St. and 1000 Massachusetts Ave. The following parking lots are close and convenient to 80 Prospect Street and 1000 Massachusetts Ave. The lots include municipal lots owned by the City of Cambridge and available to the public. While there is often space available during the day, the spaces are use by residents of the surrounding areas in the evening, so spaces may be difficult to find as residents return home from work in the evening. Unless otherwise noted at each lot, parking is limited to 2 hours between 8:00am-6:00pm. In addition to these facilities, there is also on-street parking available on the surrounding streets. Students should be advised to exercise caution and be sure to check any signage in the area, as many on-street spaces become Resident Permit Parking after 6:00pm. Green Street Lot: This is a private parking lot on Green Street, directly behind the US Post Office and YMCA, 82 Spaces. Discount parking vouchers for this lot ($5.00 per evening) are available at the Student Accounts office at 1000 Massachusetts Ave., Mon. through Thu. 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
