When you install an FME power solution, we work with you to determine your ongoing service needs, and we customize your service agreement specifically to address and satisfy them. We can tailor your agreement to cover your routine maintenance schedule, your planned service and overhaul intervals, your operations and maintenance program, keeping your FME engine running longer and in tip-top shape.
With an EngineLife Maintenance Agreement, you’ll have access to telephone technical support, expedited replacement parts delivery, on-site maintenance, preventative maintenance, and periodic engine performance analysis. The FME nuclear dedication program is approved by the Nuclear Utility Procurement Issues Committee (NUPIC) and also satisfies the requirements of 10CFR50 Appendix B and 10CFR21.
LOCOMOTIVE POWER FME has a long history of manufacturing equipment for the railroad industry. Today, we build and support the FM/ALCO 251 engine with uncompromising manufacturing standards, genuine OEM replacement parts, and comprehensive training and support services for the locomotive industry. The 4-stroke cycle ALCO 251 produces more power output with less fuel consumption, resulting in longer engine life and lower operating costs, making these engines extremely well-suited for demanding locomotive service.
MARINE POWER FME has supplied marine propulsion and ship service systems to the United States Navy for over 70 years, and the U.S. Coast Guard is a regular customer as well. The standards of our military services are extremely high and exacting with good reason, and FME is very proud to be the key supplier of their systems. We can send our representative to your location, or you can spend time with us at our recently renovated factory training center in Beloit.
