IDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT We wish to participate in the Chinatown Seafair Parade. As a condition for participation, the individual(s) or organization(s) identified hereon shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of Seattle, Seattle Seafair, The Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce, its sponsors, volunteers, its directors, respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages and expenses on account of personal injury, including loss of life and/or property damage arising out of participation in the Chinatown Seafair Parade. We hereby give permission to The Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce to use any photographs or videos taken of my parade entry, myself and /or my children in connection with this parade for publicity purposes.
