PAYMENTS MADE EASY

1. Launch the DTB mobile app on your smart phone and Tap the “Pay a Bill” icon.

2. And Tap “select bills to pay”

3. Select “No” and then tap “next” at the bottom of your screen

4. Choose either DSTV or GOTV in the ‘select service provider’ field

5. Instead of your account number enter your smart card no. (for DSTV) or IUC number (for GOTV) in the “enter a/c no.” field.

7. Tap on the check box to save the new details so you don’t have to re-enter next time.

6. Enter amount to be paid.

1. Dial DTB mobile banking USSD *382#

2. Select option 4 “Pay bill”

3. Select 1 for “DStv” or 2 for “Gotv”

4. Enter your Smart card number (for DSTV) or your IUC number (for GOTV) in the “enter a/c no.”field.

5. Select 1 to “Settle Bill”

6. Would you like to enroll DSTV bill number xxxxx Select 1 to “Yes”

8. Enter an easy to remember alias for the new billing details (e.g. New DSTV/New GOTV payment)

7. Select 1 to “Yes” to pay xxx amount for DSTV/ Account ********

8. Select from account

Click ‘next’ to confirm and finalize payment process by entering your PIN.
