PHE survey  

This survey will ask you a series of questions around your thoughts on content and functionality of the new public  health portal which is being built by Public Health England. It will also ask you about your information needs and  behaviour when searching for information, which will help us in prioritising and delivering data and information to you  when you need it.    If you experience any technical difficulties with this survey please contact Emma Hughes  ([email protected]).    If you would like more information about the survey content and why it is being carried out please contact Lucy  Holdstock ([email protected]).    The survey is delivered to you by the National Heart Forum on behalf of Public Health England. The survey will take  you no more than 5 minutes to complete.
