Town and Country Planning Act 1990 – Appeal Against Refusal of 16/04801/FUL To note an appeal against refusal of proposed demolition of existing dwelling and replacement with three family dwellings, including garages, parking, turning areas and shared use of the existing vehicular access on land within the garden of ‘Longdon’, Bath Road, Marlborough. Comments to be received by 13th October 2016 10. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Temporary Road Closures To note Orders received from Wiltshire Council to close temporarily to all traffic: a) TTRO 4488 – Back Lane (Part), Marlborough Back Lane (Part), Marlborough; for a distance of approx. 160m between properties ‘Killycoonagh’ and ‘Chaveley.’ This is to enable Wales and West Utilities to install gas services to a new property. The closure is expected daily between 0800 and 1800 from 30th November to 2nd December 2016

b) TTRO 4489 - High Street, Manton High Street (Part), Manton, from its junction with Preshute Lane to a point adjacent The Outside Chance Public House to enable the construction of a footway. The closure is expected to be between 09.3015.00 on weekdays only, 24th November to 2nd December 2016 11. Salisbury Cathedral Masterplan Consultation To note the opportunity to comment on a Master Plan entitled ‘An Exceptional Place’ with proposals for the Cathedral and the Close, including planning considerations, which Wiltshire Council has sent to all parishes 12. North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Annual Forum 2016 To consider nominating a Town Council representative to attend the Annual Forum with the theme of ‘Dark Skies of the North Wessex Downs’ to be held on Wednesday, 19th October 2016 at The Fieldgate Centre, Kingsclere. 13.
