1. Think back to your childhood: what was your favorite Halloween costume?
2. Read Ephesians 4:3. What are practical ways we can “be diligent” to preserve unity in the church?
3. Think of a successful team you were part of (or watched). How did diversity make that team stronger (different backgrounds, different skills, etc)? What issues did it cause?
4. Read Ephesians 4:11-13. According to Paul, what is the primary purpose of spiritual gifts?
5. One way we discover our gifts is by asking those around us what gifts they see in us. Spend some time talking about the spiritual gifts you seen in each other. What is one way you are currently using your spiritual gift(s)? What is a gift you need to begin using more? Finish your time asking God to give you opportunities to use your gifts.
