Basic Tasks: What you absolutely MUST do in order to implement Powerful Words 1. Download the new month’s Powerful Words package from http://www.powerfulwords.com & Extract using 7-zip. Check the package to see that all files are working. 2. Edit the Powerful Words Press Release (from the Platinum Package) and send out to the local newspapers and community newsletters. 3. Delete the old files from dropbox and upload the new files to drop use format “Powerful Words - Month Year - Powerful Word” 4. Add Monthly PW Teleseminar to schedule for staff to listen (live or replay) - during staff meeting. 5. Print copies of each age group’s power chats and place in each classroom in the master planner (or on clipboards) 6. Design and create the Poweful Words Board that hangs on the wall (delegate) - Print the Bulletin Board file for him/her 7. Take down the old PW Monthly Platinum Banner and put up the new banner 8. Train instructors on basic points of the upcoming week’s power chats and how to be “good finders” working the powerful word as the good we’re finding each month (in addition to standard qualities). 9. Print copies of each of the PW Project sheets and have them available for distribution / Upload to Members Area Website for member download 10. Print out a few full color Powerful Projects for the new member/ prosepct packages 11. Teach amazing Power Chats in every class 12. Senior Instructor: Inspect and perform Quality Assurance to ensure Power Chats are occurring and that they are effective.

1. Copy the “Parent’s Perch” file into a blog post and embed video of Dr. Robyn introducing the PW. Adjust for typesetting differences based on the .pdf file (in multiple columns) and the post (one column). Capture the header of the “Parent’s Perch” and place as a top image in the post. Add links to the Powerful Projects for the ones that want to print and get it done early (saves us on paper) 2.Copy the re-typeset blog post of the Parent’s Perch file and place into the email broadcaster. Replace Dr. Robyn’s embedded video code with a link to the blog post where they can go and watch the video 3. Create a blog post using the Dear Dr. Robyn article and set a broad cast e-mail. to be delivered automatically. 4. Populate and schedule tweets and facebook posts using the Powerful Thought assignment found in the Adult Power Chats through Hootsuite 5. Visit Dr. Robyn’s blog and facebook page at least weekly to comment on relevant topics 6. After Powerful Projects begin coming back, post a few of them as “guest bloggers” on the website and send broadcast e-mail pointing them to the posts 8. Post the Ask Dr. Robyn video as a vblog on our website
Over Achievers: Really taking your school and personal development to the next level 1. Repurpose the Adult Power Chats into a Monday morning email to be sent to all current clients. Schedule them for 6 AM 2. Copy the “Parent’s Perch” into e-mail broadcaster and send to all of our opt-in list and past students to reactivate them with special offer. 3. Craft 3 press releases from PW Teleseminar distribute http://www.prweb.com
