HOW? Displacement for Wake Height: To increase the displacement, our standard integrated ballast tanks are filled with water to add weight and, in turn, push more of the boat’s hull into the water. Hull Shape equals Wake Shape: Heyday’s design uses: Bailing Strakes™ — The opposite of lifting strakes. They push/bail water out from beneath the boat minimizing the hull’s resistance to being pushed down, achieving more displacement. Wider Transom Angle — Achieves greater symmetry and helps cancel out prop torque, making the boat more balanced and less sensitive to passenger weight distribution.

ENGINE & TRAILER WARRANTIES
All Heyday boats are NMMA certified. Each model Heyday designs and builds is inspected for compliance by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). The NMMA’s standards exceed basic U.S. Coast Guard regulations, and Heyday is committed to your satisfaction with your new boat. Heyday will provide for repairs to your boat under the following terms, conditions, and limitations.
2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY/LIFETIME STRUCTURAL
Heyday warrants to the original retail owner of a Heyday purchased from an authorized Heyday Dealer that the product will be free from substantial defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. Additionally, Heyday offers a lifetime structural warranty on the hull and deck. This warranty does not apply to any boats used for racing, rental, or commercial (revenueproducing) purposes.
The engine and trailer are not covered under any Heyday Limited Warranty. Your Heyday comes with separate limited warranties provided by the engine and trailer manufacturers. Please see your engine and trailer manufacturer’s warranties inside your boat owner’s package for details of each manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and limitations.
ENGINEERING & DESIGN CHANGES
In an effort to continuously improve, Heyday is constantly evaluating and implementing engineering and process changes. Heyday reserves the right to make changes to its boats at any time without assuming any obligation to make the same changes on any boats built prior to the change.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Outside the U.S. and Canada, there may be additional charges based on local practices and conditions. These charges may include, but are not limited to: freight, insurance, taxes, import duties, and/or other financial charges, including those levied by local governments and their respective agencies. These charges are not covered by the Limited Warranty and are the responsibility of the retail purchaser.
For purposes of this warranty, the “date of purchase” shall refer to the date the original retail owner signed the purchase order with the authorized Heyday dealer.
1 YEAR LIMITED GEL COAT WARRANTY
For purposes of this warranty, “gel coat” refers to the exterior coating on all fiberglass parts. Because the gel coat finish is applied manually by Heyday craftsmen, manufacturing variations or cosmetic imperfections are inherent in the gel coat finish, but these imperfections are normal and have no effect on the use, safety, or value of your boat. The gel coat warranty is limited to 1 year from the original date of purchase. Consult your Heyday owner’s manual for full details.
2 YEAR LIMITED UPHOLSTERY WARRANTY
Heyday warrants its upholstery from defects in materials and workmanship for a period not to exceed 2 years from the original date of purchase. For purposes of this warranty, “upholstery” is defined as interior parts, such as seat cushions, backrests, tower inserts, and side panels that are covered with vinyl. Consult your Heyday owner’s manual for full details.
2 YEAR LIMITED COMPONENT & SYSTEMS WARRANTY
Heyday warrants all components from defects in installation and function for a period not to exceed 2 years from the original date of purchase. For purposes of this warranty, “component” is defined as any part, system, or assembly that is purchased by Heyday and installed on or assembled to the boat’s fiberglass structure, upholstery, or another supplier’s part, system, or assembly. Consult your Heyday owner’s manual for full details.
