To be in with a chance of winning a John Lewis Afternoon Tea Treats Hamper you must be a UK resident Mortgage Intermediary or other mortgage professional over the age of 18, follow @Precise_Mtgs on twitter.com and retweet one of the competition messages by 12pm Wednesday 11th July 2018. 2. Only one entry per person. 3. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Wednesday 11th July 2018 after the competition closes at 12pm. If a winner is excluded, then the next entrant who is randomly selected and not excluded will receive it. 4. The winners will be contacted via Twitter Direct message to arrange delivery. 5. Persons excluded are employees or relatives of employees of Precise Mortgages, Exact Mortgage Experts Limited, Charter Savings Bank or any persons directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the promotion or their direct family members. 6. No cash alternative will be offered to the prize stated. 7. Precise Mortgages reserves the right to withdraw the prize or substitute it for one of equivalent value if for any reason beyond its control the original prize becomes unavailable.
