On Monday, February 13, 2017, at approximately 3:23 a.m., San Bruno Police Officers responded to the 200 block of El Camino Real regarding the report of an open door to a business at that location. It was subsequently determined that this door had been forced open to gain access into the business. Officers searched the building and surrounding area for suspects related to this crime, but were not successful. The business owner determined that an undisclosed amount of currency had been taken. The San Bruno Police Department encourages all residents and business owners to remain vigilant, and immediately report suspicious persons or vehicles in their neighborhoods. Alert neighbors provide the biggest help to police in solving these crimes. Please immediately report any suspicious activity to the Police Department by calling 9-1-1.
