On Monday, November 7, 2016 at approximately 4:30 p.m., San Bruno Police Officers responded to the report of a vehicle burglary that had occurred on the 700 block of Masson Avenue in San Bruno. The suspects in this case had fled prior to the arrival of officers and an investigation was initiated in an effort to learn their identities and recover the property taken during the commission of the crime. On the same date, at approximately 9:30 p.m., San Bruno Investigators learned that the Palo Alto Police Department had encountered two subjects who were in possession of several items taken during the vehicle burglary earlier in the day in San Bruno. Detectives from the San Bruno Police Department responded to the City of Palo Alto and subsequently placed Josenico Delossantos, a twenty-six year old resident of South San Francisco, and Victory Mangawang, a forty-one year old resident of Richmond, under arrest for a variety of theft related charges. Both Delossantos and Mangawang were booked into the San Mateo County Jail for charges related to vehicle burglary, grand theft, identity theft, and probation violation. The Investigative Services Section is investigating this case.
