Press release Issued on behalf of Onward Holdings Ltd Date: November 15th 2017 Ref: PR69a JA Services

ONWARD HOLDINGS’ CONTRACT PARKING IS BRILLIANT FOR JA SERVICES Growing road haulage firm JA Services has reported a huge improvement in its operations since moving the Yorkshire base for its fleet of vehicles to Onward Holdings Ltd’s new quality site for HGV parking in Featherstone. JA Services, established in 2015 by director Jakub Adelman, is leasing four parking spaces within 2.5 miles of junction 31 of the M62 in Yorkshire – one of the UK’s most sought-after distribution and manufacturing locations. Delivering to the retail sector, JA Services had problems with its original yard due to a gravelly and dusty surface, which meant its trucks were constantly getting dirty, as well as security because often the firm’s drivers would arrive to find its parking spaces were occupied by other vehicles whose drivers were stopping overnight. Mr Adelman says his drivers, who are all based around Leeds and Wakefield, are delighted with the move to the new secure facilities offered by Onward Holdings, which has improved their working conditions and the performance of the business. He added: “The location is brilliant for us as it’s a straight link on to the major motorway networks. My drivers are very impressed with the new facility which is very modern, has a great lighting system and a toilet on site. The service from Onward Holdings has been first class.” Onward Holdings’ quality HGV parking represents a golden opportunity for fleet operators requiring a northern base for their vehicles. It will significantly boost the options for haulage companies needing a cost-effective parking solution. The location is ideally placed for fleet operators to take advantage of the recent multi-million pound investment promised by Associated British Ports in the Port of Hull - sure to increase business in the area, particularly in the logistics sector. The site is ideal for HGV fleet operators and owner-drivers who need a regular facility to store their vehicles securely overnight or for a variable amount of time. The site has space for a sizable number of HGVs with further capacity expected in the future. Vehicle safety is paramount at the site which is equipped with electronic gates, CCTV cameras and a full remote monitoring system. Page 1 of 3

Onward Holdings Ltd PR69a JA Services continued:

There are various contract options available to haulage operators, ranging from monthly to discounted annual contracts. This flexibility will be a great boon for those companies that are bound by seasonal variances in their workload and may not to wish to commit themselves to long-term contracts. Set in one of the most important warehouse and distribution locations, the site offers parking close to many national and international online businesses as well as being within a short distance of the M62 with links to other major motorway networks. It could even become the permanent operating base for fleet operators with long term vision. Onward Holdings says it is experiencing a high volume of enquiries from businesses like JA Services looking to develop or expand in the north of England. Increasing demand from third party logistics providers has seen its warehouses being snapped up quickly and it is likely that the parking will follow suit. Family-run Onward Holdings specialises in operating highly competitively-priced industrial warehousing, in the north of England as well as retail parks and now secure, HGV parking. ENDS
