PROCEDURES TO ESTABLISH A UNIT ACCOUNT 

Each unit is required to establish an online account to take advantage of the pricing reflected on the ordering form posted on homeport.seacadets.org.



The process requires knowing your unit code. It is important you enter the exact code found in Magellan on “your” unit demographic page.



Access the Vanguard website www.vanguardmil.com.



On the top right of the screen, click the “Log In”



Click the link to sign up as a new customer.

PROCEDURES TO ESTABLISH A UNIT ACCOUNT 

Complete the required fields.



The initial sign-up must be the unit Commanding Officer. Additional unit members may sign up for an account but they must use their own email address.



Check the box “Apply for a Government, Wholesale or Sea Cadet Unit account (approval required).

Check the radio button “Sea Cadet Unit”.



Enter your units Unit Code and click “Submit”.



As indicated, it may take up to 72 hours to approve the account. An email will be sent confirming the account has been approved.



Upon receipt of the confirmation email, the unit may begin ordering items at the reduced pricing.



Access the site, click “Log In”.



Enter the email used to create the account and the password.



Click “Submit” and begin shopping.
