List of rejection reasons

A. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 1.

Images do not match the product name, description and/or attributes given. 2. The category of your chosen product is incorrect. 3. Product is missing highlights. 4. Missing or inaccurate package dimension & weight. 5. Please add contents of the package in the "What's in the box" field. 6. Please specify the number of items the customer will receive. 7. Updates and amendments of warranty is not allowed 8. Updates and amendments of product specifications is not allowed 9. Product price seems inaccurate. 10. Most of the SKU's you have uploaded for this category are not complying to Lazada content guidelines. 11. Size variation/ Color/ Product capacity specific should not be createdat SPU level.

10. SIZE VARIATION/ COLOR/ PRODUCT CAPACITY SPECIFIC SHOULDN’T BE CREATED AT SPU LEVEL • Generic product should be created at SPU level to avoid multi products in the pending queue • Create variation in the SKUs& Image tab

11. MOST OF SKU’S ARE NOT COMPLYING TO LAZADA CONTENT GUIDELINES • Only apply for batch upload, more than 5% of products onsampling do not meet Lazada requirement, the whole batch will berejected • Make sure all your products uploaded following Lazada guidelines • Contact PSC for support

1. IMAGE IS BLURRY • THE WHOLE PRODUCT appears in focus • Text/ label printed on product must bereadable • Image must not contain pixelation incolor

2. IMAGE IS GRAINY • THE WHOLE PRODUCT appears clearly and doesn’t contain grainy effect (obvious small textures on the image)

3. PRODUCT OUTLINE HAS RIDGED EDGE • Product edge in image should be in sharp and should not have saw tooth, jagged edges • Retouch your product images carefully with photoshop or free photo editing software such as GIMP

4. PRODUCT WRAPPED IN PACKAGING • Main product should be unwrapped from the packaging • Clearly visible from outside of the packaging (plastic casing or wrap)

5. OFFENSIVE IMAGE INCLUDING NUDITY OR OBSCENITY • Image should not contain explicit content such as nudity or obscenity • Product image taken with model needs to be carefully based on local cultural sensitivity • Please use mannequin to model or still life shot
