Horizon product series rebranding effective June 9, 2014 Our presence in the marketplace is getting stronger with the transitioning of our Horizon series of traditional fixed deferred annuities to the brand of our parent company, AIG. In keeping with our continuing commitment to retirement readiness and the journey to get there, we’ve changed our product name to American PathwaySM. Our promise to you, focus on our customers, and the path to help reach financial security is reflected in our new product name. Our fixed, immediate and deferred income annuities have taken our new global AIG brand look and product name. And our helpful informational materials and communications now have the American Pathway series name and look. Please note: • A consumer-approved Product Snapshot will be available on all products, and the product flier will be discontinued. • The Learning About Fixed Annuities brochure will be available for in-depth annuity benefits and features. • The products and issuing insurance companies will remain the same. • There will be no change to any current business processes, and the same sales and service teams you have come to rely on will remain in place. • Marketing materials, communications, assets and digital properties are being updated and will be available to replace your existing supply; collateral may briefly contain a mix of old and new names. • The rebranded American Pathway (formerly Horizon) product series information will continue to be housed online at eStation. There will be no changes other than updates to the Producer section of AIG.com/lifeinsurance. However, product specifications at AIG.com/ lifeinsurance under “For Individuals” on the public-facing site will no longer be available. A new page, redirecting public-facing Web traffic to AIG.com/Annuities, will replace the exisitng annuity pages. A link to eStation will be added to the “Contact Us” section of AIG.com/Annuities.
