Excellency, I refer to the letter dated 9 July 2013 sent by the Office of the 67th President of the General Assembly regarding the High-level meeting of the General Assembly on nuclear disarmament. It is my pleasure to send you the final programme for this event, which will be held on Thursday, 26 September 2013 from 9:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00 p.m, It is my intention to start the High-level meeting punctually at the scheduled time. The only way that the speakers' list can be exhausted is if all speakers strictly respect the allotted time limits for their interventions, namely a maximum of three minutes for national statements and five minutes for group statements.
