Project Management Intern Job Title: Project Management Intern to the Chief Executive Reporting to: Chief Executive Starting: As soon as possible Duration: Three months with the possibility for an extension to a permanent role Job Specification: This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre graduate wanting to work in a growing enterprise and with an interest in the Third Sector. It requires an individual willing to work in an exceptionally fast paced environment, to undertake a wide variety of projects with lots of initiative and an excellent eye for detail. This role will require working directly with the Chief Executive, Michelle Wright, providing support on a day-to-day basis. Potential activities will include:      

Project Development in conjunction with the CEO; Liaison with Senior Executive Assistant: Office management and administration; New business proposal development; Development of detailed research papers; Writing for www.cause4.co.uk and drafting of media work and blogs;

Person Specification Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:  Highly developed communication skills (oral & written) conscientious, and passionate about the work of charities and social enterprises;  Problem solver;  Exceptional organisational skills;  Ability to switch between different roles and tasks;  Ability to deal with confidential material;  IT literate;  A thorough approach to research and exceptional attention to detail;  Experience of working in a team or a small charity or company is preferable.
