A cover letter (1 page, in French or in English) detailing your interest in this position and what you would bring to the mission if engaged. 2. A curriculum vitae (in English or French), outlining your professional history (with relative salaries), training, professional qualifications and all other relevant activity and work carried out (voluntary work for example). In addition please give details of two referees we will be able to contact; one should be your current or most recent employer. 3. A supporting document (maximum 3 pages) detailing how your profile corresponds to each of the required skills. Please address every point individually and relate each one to your personal experience. Please use both working languages in the supporting documents (1 in English, 2 in French, or vice versa). PROJECT OFFICER Position description

The selected candidate will report to the Director of citizenship and international cooperation. Primary goals and responsibilities: The project officer’s primarily responsibility is to support all activity of the CEMR related to citizenship: in particular our twinning, gender equality projects and equality. The project office must be versatile, adaptable and able to organise and contribute to several projects according to the needs of the association: I.

Communicate with the CEMR’s network of associated members (twinning, equality)  Collect and exchange information, establish inter-association contacts between member associations and other partners and promote cooperation in European projects...  Organise meetings: content, logistics, communications, member communication etc.  Liaise with European institutions and other partners  Good knowledge of IT tools  Ability to manage a website is a significant plus
