My 'Protect & Survive: { DWP: Mandatory Reconsideration Request | MAXIMUS: Stage 2 Complaint Initiation }' escalated Message of Complaint originally consisted of FIVE associated email messages, sent at 23:33 on Thu 26 Jan 2017, so sub-divided in order to avoid being rejected by the message size cap imposed by the DWP and MAXIMUS mail servers. However, while the dozens of { To | CC | BCC }-list co-recipients (including my reference recipient BCC address) were all flawlessly delivered of [Parts i to v], and the MAXIMUS mail server issued no SMTP error messages, nevertheless the “Customer Relations Manager” at MAXIMUS who so royally screwed up the MAXIMUS Stage 1 Complaint Procedure ALSO claims MAXIMUS only received [Part ii of v] and [Part iv of v]. If your skeptic gland throbs at such a disingenuous excuse, you're not alone. So I'm choosing to quit swerving around the roadblocks erected by the DWP and MAXIMUS to obstruct effective email communications, and switching modes from an ever-growing concatenation of small email messages to freely-&-easily accessible-&-downloadable PDF files – as linked below.
