Summary of discussions and action points Case management coordination  Templates for lead case management agency and services by hub were shared, with TOR for lead agency and ‘maps’ to be maintained for each hub (provided by the national CPiE WG, see attached). Partners present agreed to implement this system – UNHCR to check bilaterally with partners not present (CARITAS). Separate meeting to be held with case management agencies to establish lead agencies for each hub.  Draft SOP on case management developed at national level to be shared for comments. Updates on activities: 

AVSI: is implementing psychosocial activities in Bint Jbeil and Marjouun; they also started child friendly bus that provides mobile psychosocial activities mobile in various regions in south; besides, they conduct family visits and do case management. The project goes till end of October 2013, and they expect that it will be extended. DRC: will launch activities at the CFS in Hlaielieh (WRC) / Saida by end of this month; they will provide recreational activities, case management, and special programs for children with special needs. Besides, two mobile teams will go to villages and conduct recreational activities with children after coordination Tdh and UNICEF to avoid duplication. TdHL: activities continue as before - case management including GBV, home visits, safety audits, hygiene and baby kit distribution in Saida and Tyre. Their intervention doesn’t cover Palestinian camps in Saida. NRC: information and legal assistance project; their lawyers can help in cases of illegal stay; partners can refer to Bazouriyeh community center. INTERSOS: activities continue as before. In addition, winterization with focus on youth and children under 14 years. They give clothes and vouchers. They are covering all South except Saida that is covered by TdHL. ICRC: proposed readiness to receive referrals to support in family reunification. SHEILD: activities continue as before.
