Dear Shareholders: It is my pleasure to inform you that our 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be conducted online on Thursday, May 10, 2018, starting at 8:30 a.m. EDT. The virtual nature of the meeting will continue to enable increased shareholder accessibility, while improving meeting efficiency and reducing costs. Shareholders will be able to listen, vote, and submit questions from their home or any remote location with Internet connectivity. Information on how to participate in this year's virtual meeting can be found on page 97. After more than a century of evolution, the auto industry is undergoing a revolution.
