Terms and Conditions 1. Application Procedure By submission of this document, you agree that this application to work at The Jacaranda Festival is an expression of interest only and does not constitute an acceptance of application. 2. User Information In the course of your use of the application form, you may be asked for personal information. We uphold rigorous standards to uphold the integrity of this information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of this user information. 3. Age We ask that any volunteers under the age of 18 require parental consent to participate. 4. Safety Your safety is of the utmost importance therefore it is compulsory to comply with all safety requirements associated with your Volunteer position. All positions require enclosed shoes. Outdoor work requires a hat. A happier workplace is a safer workplace. If there's anything happening which is spoiling your experience, it's important you talk with your supervisor or our Volunteers Coordinator. 5. Shifts You must complete all shift requirements at The Jacaranda Festival. If you are unable to do a shift due to illness, injury or family emergency, you must contact us immediately. Any volunteers who do not make efforts to inform us of their absence will lose their right to volunteer at future Jacaranda Festivals. 6. Smoking Please, no smoking while on duty during shifts. 7. Attitude It's important to bring a positive attitude and act with courtesy and in a safe manner at all times.
