Enabling Duplicate Checking Easily allow the system to find duplicate candidates automaIcally
Turning on the Duplicate Feature When logged into the MSP view of Wand, click on the “Configura-on” link. Scroll down to the “Opera&onal Unit” list and click the unit for which you’d like to enable duplicate checking.
On the next screen, click on “Resumes/Interviews” at the top of the screen. When the screen loads, click the “Edit” link. Scroll down the page and click the box next to “Enable Supplier Candidate Duplicate Check” to select this opGon. Click “Save” at the end of the page.

Receiving and Viewing Duplicate Candidates From the home screen of Wand, click “Requests,” then find the Request you’d like to view. When Wand finds a duplicate Candidate, it will show “MSP Review” in the Request Candidate Status. In addiGon, MSP users will receive an email to noGfy them that there may be a duplicate.
