FAQ: Who is invited? Catholic High School Young Men (incoming 9 – outgoing 12th grade) What is it? The Quo Vadis Retreat is a camp for young Catholic men to deepen your faith and seek God’s call in your life. Teen guys spend a few fun days with other young men, seminarians and priests. Activities will include prayer (Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Liturgy of the Hours, Rosary, etc.), games, sports, discussions, and talks.
When? Mon June 26 @ 8 am – Wed June 28 @ 4 pm Ends with 4 pm Closing Mass with Bishop McGrath & family barbeque – families of retreatants invited Location: St. Patrick’s Seminary, Menlo Park, CA

RSVP online at www.dsj.org/QuoVadis (RSVP completed by the young man attending the retreat)
Print a hard copy of these documents for your retreat: 1. “Medical Info and Waiver Form” (2 pages) 2. “Code of Behavior/Hospitality Guidelines” (1 page).
Mail in the completed “Medical Info and Waiver Form” (2 pages), “Code of Behavior/Hospitality Guidelines” (1 page), and the $50 registration fee. Mail forms and fee (by check) to: Diocese of San Jose Vocations Office 1150 North First Street, Ste 100 San Jose, CA 95112
