When Sun heats up the rivers and streams tiny droplets of water travel up into the sky. When the tiny droplets in the sky become cold, they turn into the clouds you can see, just like Fuffa.

When the clouds become too heavy, rain will fall from them. If it is really cold in the air this rain can turn into snow!
4. The rain falls back into the rivers, streams and ground. Once on the ground it gets soaked up into the mud to be drunk by plants and trees.
