Reporting Period: 11-2015

The report presents an overview of the situation in the camp, including basic demographic data, infrastructures and access to services as of November 2015. Information has been compiled based on various data sources, monitoring exercise and formal/informal interview with camp residents. DRC has started the renovation of the warehouse.

No distribution is scheduled for this month.

Conducted assessment of disabled persons and provided them with wash basins in their shelters; Water testing; Constructed pilot latrine design and did maintenance on damaged latrines; Renovated solar lighting; Did gender separation of 10 latrines over the past month; Provided gifts of soap for all households on International Hand Washing Day;

On-going latrine assessments; Planning to renovate 20 latrines.

IRC clinic opens from Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Note: During the election period, the activities of the clinic will be limited. Emergency arrangements have been made by the Cluster and available upon request.

MHCP activities (Mental Health and Care Practices) - Psychosocial Counseling, Support Group, Home Visits are on-going at OTP center. Support group for women, men, mother in law and tba/th.

IOM Capacity Building: joint Rakhine, Kachin and Northern Shan States CCCM training, targeting Camp Management Agencies from the 23rd to 26th November in Mandalay.

IOM training: Counter trafficking on the 13th 14th; Info-management for CCCM staff on the 18th and 19th.
