REGISTRATION FORM Steps to register for the 2018 GNI Gathering Note: Please read and familiarize yourself with the Gathering Refund Policy BEFORE you register for The Gathering. 1. Signature required for credit cards: A $29 credit card service fee will be added to the total for all credit card payments. You can mail a check or money order to avoid paying this service fee. GATHERING REFUND POLICY In the event that a paid registrant is unable to attend The Gathering for any reason and has not taken the CANCELLATION GUARANTEE or purchased TRAVEL PROTECTION (800) 423-3632 and has not officially cancelled his registration before the July 15 deadline, he may request a partial refund on or before Aug 1. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to the GNI Business Office via e-mail, mail, or fax. Partial refunds will be offered according to the following schedule:

$119.00 cancellation fee 50% penalty (less $119.00 cancellation fee) No refund

The $119.00 cancellation fee cannot be waived for any reason.

An email will be sent to you to confirm your attendance. You will not be required to print anything to bring with you to bring to camp; we will offer digital check in. If you do not have an email to use for us to communicate with you, we will mail you a letter confirming your attendance, but you will not need any other paperwork to bring with you.
