Save US$300 when you register using the Malaysian Partner Attendee code ‘aim2017’ The cost of two day attendance (25-26 August 2017) is US$750 (Standard individual rate US$1,050) Deadline: 20 June 2017

Step 1: 

Click on ‘Book Now’ at http://internationalforum.bmj.com/kuala-lumpur/fees/

Step 2:  

For individual delegates (just yourself), click on ‘I am registering for myself’ For Group bookings click on ‘I am registering on behalf of other people’ or ‘I am registering for myself and other people’

Step 3: 

Key in your email address

Note: If you previously created an account, you will be asked to log in to your account using your password. If you have forgotten this, you will be able to request that this is sent to you by clicking on ‘Request login details’.

Step 4: 

Key in your contact details

Step 5: 

Click on ‘Malaysian Partner Attendee’

Step 6: 

Verify your contact details

 

Key in the Malaysian Partner Attendee Code “aim 2017” Click on ‘Proceed’

Step 7:



Select the days you wish to attend   



Save US$300 when you register using the Malaysian Partner Attendee code ‘aim2017’ Fee for 2 day attendance (25-26 August 2017) = US$750 (Standard individual rate US$1,050) Fee for 3 day attendance (24-26 August 2017) = US$1,280 (US$750 + US$530) (Standard individual rate US$1,580) Click on ‘Proceed’

Step 8: The Booking Summary page shows the days that you have selected to attend the conference. It will also show the cost of two day attendance is US$750 (savings of US$300). If the dates are correct and you are not adding another attendee,  

Click on ‘Credit/Debit Card’ Click on ‘Pay Now’ and enter your details

Please note that to request an invoice, you have to be a group of 5 or more delegates

You will receive a confirmation email for this booking once payment has been successfully processed.

*Information about paying by Invoice If you have selected to pay by invoice - To ensure that your invoice is correct, we will contact you to confirm that your booking is complete before we issue your invoice.

The following things will affect your invoice. If you plan to make any of the changes listed below please do let us know by email to [email protected] and we will delay sending your invoice until you have completed the booking.    
