Nuuksio Reindeer Park Experience a touch of northern magic at Nuuksio Reindeer Park which is Finland's southernmost place where you can see reindeer. The reindeer park is in the middle of Nuuksio national park, about 30 km/30 min from Helsinki city center and from the airport. Entrance fee includes lichen for feeding the reindeer and coffee + bun over an open fire in the atmospheric Lappish "kota" (tepee) WhiteReindeer. Sausages, beverages and souvenirs can be bought on site. Payment by credit card or on cash.

Opening hours and entrance fees during summer 2017: 1/7–13/8 (closed on Wednesdays), from 1pm - 5pm Sat. 26/8 (Finnish Nature day), from 12pm - 4pm Tickets: 20 € adults, 10 € children (4-11 yrs), 50 € family (2+2) No pre-booking required. Nature trail between Haltia-Haukkalampi, when crossing the main road Nuuksiontie, turn up to the yard. There is a Karhunpesä sign and a big reindeer ad on the road.
