Thoroughly restored to their original condition, every unit is backed by our one year warranty and shipped with detailed installation instructions. Cascade Reman guarantees buybacks of up to 30% of list price for most standard items in cases where the leasing company will not place a residual on the attachment (excluding Sideshifters, Hose Reels and accessories).
THE REMANUFACTURING PROCESS Steam Cleaning: All oil, grease and dirt is removed. Disassembly: Every attachment is completely disassembled, steam cleaned again and visually inspected. Shotblasting: Component parts are returned to bare metal.
We never cut corners; the Cascade nameplate ensures every Remanufactured unit is practically good as new.
Magnafluxing: Every weld is carefully inspected to reveal possible defects invisible to the naked eye. Repair & Remanufacturing: All wear parts are repaired or replaced to see that all factory specs are met.
Hydraulics: All hoses are replaced. Cylinders and valves are inspected and tested. Reassembly & Testing: Components are reassembled, functionally tested and checked for conformance to Cascade engineering standards. Painting: Each unit receives a final coat of lacquer paint that serves either as a final color, or as a base primer for your own color preference.
