AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 23-15-1081, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE PRIMARY SHALL BE HELD ON THE FIRST TUESDAY IN MARCH; TO AMEND SECTIONS 23-15-1083 AND 23-15-1055, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CONFORM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
