Ellos estarán encantados de ayudarles con sus dudas y ofrecerles servicios de recepción y entrega o descarga de sus productos al stand. Rogamos tomen nota de que el recinto no recepciona envíos. En caso de enviar materiales directamente a su stand, deberán estar presentes en el momento de la entrega para firmar el albarán de su transportista. SHIPPING GOODS TO YOUR STAND Before shipping any items to your stand please make sure you get in touch with the official handling company, RESA EXPO LOGISTICS. They will be happy to solve your doubts and offer their services for reception and delivery or unloading to stand of your materials. Please note that the venue does not receive, customs clear or store incoming shipments. If you intend to ship goods directly to your stand, you need to be there in order to sign off the delivery note of your transport company.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS SHIPPING GOODS TO THE OFFICIAL ADVANCED WAREHOUSE STEPS TO SHIP YOUR GOODS:
1. LABELLING Pack your goods and place one of the here attached label on each box. Like this our warehouse will be able to easily identify the shipment. 2. SHIPPING AND DEADLINE Arrange the shipment with your preferred COURIER company to the below mentioned address: RESA EXPO LOGISTICS Botanica, 62 FIRA GRAN VIA – ENTRADA 4 08908-HOSPITALET-BARCELONA Please also state name of the event + exhibitor name on the shipping documents. Make sure the shipment arrives 3 working days before the requested delivery to the stand. Please make sure to ship on prepaid basis (including the import taxes & duties if the origin is from a non-EU country) so goods arrive to us without any charges. You should be able to state this on the shipping paper your COURIER will have you filled in. If you are shipping more than 1 box, please make sure your COURIER treats all of your boxes together like one shipment. If they send each box like a separate shipment you will face unnecessary extra charges. 3. PRE ALERT Once you have shipped the goods, kindly fill in the here attached Service Order Form and send it to
[email protected]. Don’t forget to state the reference / tracking number your COURIER has provided. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT: Since you provided a tracking number, Resa Expo will monitor your shipment and advise if we notice any delay or problems. If non-EU origin we will work together with your transport company to get the goods through customs. We will receive the shipment in our warehouse, store it and then deliver to your hands at your stand on the date and time you request on the Service Order Form. We will step by your stand during the build-up for you to sign our delivery note and take away your empty boxes if you have no room at your stand to keep them. If on the Service Order Form you advise that you will be in need to ship something back after the event, you will get an e-mail with exact instructions of how to organize this return shipment. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SPANISH CUSTOMS, NON EU SHIPMENTS: For non-EU shipments, the declared value of the goods must be realistic. Otherwise Spanish Customs might refuse the import. We suggest to use a value of 9€/Kg. The following products are restricted by Spanish Customs, please contact us before shipping any of these: Foodstuff (including sweets and mint tablets), beverage, medicines, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, live animals or plants, protected species. BASIC CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT: All work undertaken is subject to the Resa insurance terms and conditions. The liability of Resa for the transportation is determined by the national or international insurance regulation applicable to the contracted transport. The liability insurance of Resa for storage and handling covers a maximum of 10 Euros per Kg. (Gross weight of damaged or lost goods) and per incident. The liability of RESA ceases with the delivery and starts with the collection of freight at the exhibition stand. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure the security of his material until this collected from the stand by RESA. We strongly recommend all exhibitors to arrange insurance coverage including transit to and from the exhibition, whilst on display and in storage. Please note that Resa does not insure automatically unless asked to do so in.
