In the West Africa phase, the RRI has counted on the support of the Australian Government (AusAid) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), and was carried out in a strategic partnership with the Humanitarian Futures Programme and the African Leadership Centre (Kings College, London), under the auspices of the FOREWARN Initiative. FOREWARN is implemented in close collaboration with ECOWAS and regional networks.
