TIER: I Funding available if TSPLOST funds collected reach 85% of anticipated revenue, or $79 million. PROJECT OVERVIEW This joint project with Alpharetta would reconstruct Rucker Road as a complete street from Arnold Mill/Houze Road west to Wills Road. Roswell is only providing funding for the portion of the project within the Roswell City Limits. Alpharetta is covering their portion of costs with their city’s May 2016 bond referendum. This project will continue the wide sidewalks from the Alpharetta city limit. Turn lane improvements along Rucker Rd. and intersection improvements at Houze Rd./SR 140 are also included.
