TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Bookings to be secured with a £10 deposit per person, unless stated otherwise. Deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable. Failure to do so will be deemed to constitute your cancellation of the booking without prior notification to or from the hotel and will terminate our contract with you. 2. Final Balances to be paid by Friday 27th October 2017. 3. For bookings of 50+ people an event agreement must be signed along with a non-refundable deposit per person. 4. All accommodation must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. If booking with an accommodation package the full balance must be paid at the time of booking. 5. The booking agreement is between the person, company or organisation identified in the booking information and the owning, leasing or operating company of the hotel, as applicable.
