Safety Beach Golf Club Gala Day Sunday 18th November 2018 Conditions of play 1. The competition shall be played in accordance with the rules of golf as adopted by the royal and Ancient Club of St Andrews, Scotland, together with such local rules as are in force on the course over the competition is played. 2. The Match Committee of the Safety Beach Golf Club hereafter known as the “Match Sub- Committee” will settle any dispute or protest. 3. The Match Sub-Committee has the power to alter or make any variation to the conditions should they deem it so desirable. 4. The Match Sub-Committee or such person as the Match SubCommittee may, in the event of bad weather or for any other reason, either shorten the contest or fix another day. 5. In the event of a tie in the “Safety Beach Gala Day” the winner shall be decided by a count back as per GA regulations. 6. The Match Sub-Committee shall have the power to limit the number of entries which will be received in the event and to alter the time fixed for starting the event as indicated in this program. 7. The event is open to players holding a Golf Australia handicap, The Match Sub-Committee shall have the right to refuse entry to any person without being required to give a reason, for such a refusal. 8. Entrance fees must be paid at the time of entry.
