Be On Point The Women ON Point elite leadership training experience is the premiere development, networking, and growth opportunity designed and delivered exclusively for and by top-performing, professional women. This 3-day leadership experience is an all-inclusive destination event and offers an inspiring, insightful get-away for mind, body, and spirit. A safe, collaborative environment that fosters women supporting other women in an intimate group of no more than 40 top female executives, and emerging leaders, from across the country and spanning all industries. Dynamic and motivating coaches bring a combined 49 years of successful coaching experience at the highest levels of performance. Pam Borton has 27 years’ experience as a winning Division I athletic coach and executive coach. Aimee Cohen brings 22 years’ experience as a career and executive coach and best-selling author. Each attendee receives an individual DiSC leadership style and assessment profile, and a mini-360 Feedback. The curriculum focuses on self, teams, and authentic leadership, creating dynamic skills development through an interactive, educational, and experiential learning environment with practical and actionable information to enhance leadership abilities. Supporting the professional curriculum, attendees will participate in team-building and physical activities with a focus on mindfulness and well-being, including yoga, walking, or running. All attendees will benefit from group best-practices sharing and individual, oneon-one coaching sessions with an experienced coach.
