We also know that a referral-based business reaches an endpoint the moment you stop expanding your client-base. As such, our sales team is an integral part of our corporate growth strategy and the time has come to bring on another member with a focus on the Chilliwack Region. Key activities include approaching new businesses based on pre-qualified leads, managing the sales process including scheduled follow-ups, documenting all activities in our CRM (customer relationship manager software), closing sales, and doing routine follow-ups for cross-selling services as well as working with our management team to develop new services. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented meticulous, passionate, and excited to learn and grow with us.

Approach businesses based on our pre-qualified lead system Overcome turndown from gatekeeper front-line staff Be proficient in demonstrating value to prospective clients despite disinterest Explain and demonstrate Clearbridge services to prospective clients Thoroughly understand and field questions relating to our online listing service Develop relationships with both prospective, new and existing clients Follow a defined sales schedule Provide detailed updates to our CRM (customer relationship manager) system Track and report on sales progress through our CRM system Provide management with customer-oriented feedback in order to assist with servicestreamlining and new-service development

Previous outside sales business-to-business experience Experience with mobile devices including either Android or iPad Knowledge of business operations In-depth knowledge or ability to develop an acute sales understanding of online search placement and optimization including listing services, social media, blogs, websites, and other public medium Experience in approaching and dealing with management and business owners Highly polished, professional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written Calm, confident approach to challenges Focus on team success Willingness to go beyond the job description Strong worth ethic, motivated and proactive
