Following the race the representative of Dean Ivory reported that PENNIESFROMHEAVEN (IRE), unplaced, was unsuited by the heavy ground and would prefer a faster surface. Race 5 - 2:30pm. THE BETFRED "HOME OF GOALS GALORE" HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 6)

Permission was given for BERKELEY VALE to go early to post. The Starter reported that SLIPALONGTREVASKIS was unruly, broke out of the stalls and was withdrawn. John Jenkins was informed that the gelding could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.

Following the race Hollie Doyle reported that SPIKE'S PRINCESS (IRE), placed sixth, hung left-handed on the first bend and stopped quickly. Race 6 - 3:05pm. THE BETFRED 'SUPPORTS JACK BERRY HOUSE' HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 4)

Two furlongs out DE MEDICI (IRE), placed third, ridden by Edward Greatrex, shifted marginally lefthanded at the same time as NEBUCHADNEZZAR (FR), placed fourth, ridden by Tom Marquand made his run up the rail, causing FIRST ELEVEN, placed second, ridden by Robert Havlin, to have to take a check, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved. Race 7 - 3:40pm. THE BETFRED 'TREBLE ODDS ON LUCKY 15'S' BRITISH EBF MAIDEN STAKES (CLASS 4) (PLUS 10 RACE)

Permission was given for FLINTROCK (GER) to wear a hood in the parade ring only. Following the race Silvestre De Sousa reported that JETHOU (IRE), unplaced, was never travelling. Race 8 - 4:15pm. THE BETFRED 'CITY BOWL' HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 3)

Permission was given for MEDRANO to wear a hood in the parade ring only. An enquiry was held to consider interference on the first bend where WORLD WAR (IRE), placed sixth, ridden by Edward Greatrex, shifted marginally left-handed, moving CHAMPAGNE CHAMP, placed fourth, ridden by John Egan, on to MISTRESS QUICKLY (IRE), placed fifth, ridden by Richard Kingscote. The interference was found to be accidental as WORLD WAR (IRE) shifted slightly left before being quickly corrected. Following the race the representative of Sir Michael Stoute reported that PRECISION, unplaced, was unsuited by the heavy ground and would prefer a faster surface. The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of the gelding, during routine testing, found it to have lost its right fore shoe. Race 9 - 4:45pm. THE BETFRED 'LIKE US ON FACEBOOK' FILLIES' HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 3)

Nothing to report Race 10 - 5:20pm. THE BETFRED TV HANDICAP STAKES (CLASS 5)

Following the race Liam Keniry reported that ENMESHING, placed seventh, stopped quickly.
