Notification on Extension of Visit Pass (eXTEND e-Service) Applicants are required to ensure that they remain in Singapore on a valid Visit Pass at all times. Overstaying is a punishable offence under the Immigration Act. Your Visit Pass must be valid on the date of the Off-Site Enrolment (OSE) in NTU for completion of the formalities required for the issuance of a Student’s Pass. An appointment for the OSE shall be provided during your registration at the Global Lounge (located next to the Student Activities Centre), North Spine, NTU. Please refer to your Freshmen Guide for the registration dates. If you have valid reason(s) to enter Singapore before 17 July 2017 and require to extend your Visit Pass, please email the required information below to: (1) Ms Dawn Guo (
[email protected]), or (2) Ms Majorie Koh (
[email protected]), or (3) Ms Rekha (
[email protected]) at least 14 working days before your Visit Pass expires. You are advised NOT to depart from Singapore. By doing so, your current DE Card will be voided, and you will face a problem with the eXTEND application. The eXTEND e-Service to Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore submission details will be made available to you via email. Applications can ONLY be processed with all the following information: • • • • • •
Full name (as reflected on your passport) Nationality Gender Date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy) Passport number DE card number (Refer to either your IMM 27E (White Card) or Notification for Cancellation of Student’s Pass, Visit Pass and Embarkation Form – click on the hyperlinks for sample copies)

Date of arrival FIN number (as stated on your IPA letter) Duration of SVP issue by ICA (refer to your SVP stamped on your passport/embarkation card) Reason for entering Singapore before 17 July 2017
Submit the eXTEND e-Service ONLY AFTER you have been informed by One Stop @ SAC. Please refer to following instructions when submitting the eXTEND e-Service:A) Access https://extend.ica.gov.sg/extend/index.xhtml to submit eXTEND e-Service at least 3 to 5 working days before the expiry date of your Visit Pass. B) Select “Individual” C) Select "Apply for Extension up to 30 days". You will need a VISA or Mastercard Credit/Debit Card if payment is needed.
