To support SES onboarding

The Government-Wide SES Onboarding Program accelerates the success of new senior executives in their first two years of executive service. The program is designed to help new SES “hit the ground running” in completing the transition to the SES enterprise leadership role. It includes: SES Orientation Briefings (two-day programs offered twice a calendar year) SES Onboarding Forums (one-day programs offered quarterly) The program is purposely designed to complement agency-level onboarding programs and to add a unique, enterprise perspective to the onboarding discipline.

To support SES continuing development

Senior Executives generate new perspectives, and test and experiment with tools and methods to address 21st century challenges. SES Enterprise Leadership Fellows will be a year-long quarterly program offered in 2018 for SES and SES-equivalents with at least seven years of service. Departments/ Agencies will nominate a fellow at the beginning of each cohort year.
