Shakeology Customer Lead Program Beachbody will begin a number of marketing initiatives that are designed to create new Shakeology customers and help YOU build your business. These Beachbody-generated Shakeology orders (both Home Direct and single orders) will be assigned to qualified Coaches. Associated Commissions: • •
Retail commissions of $29.99 will be paid to the Coach who receives the customer lead. PV and TV will NOT be paid month 1, but continuity orders (beginning with the second HD order) will carry 0 PV and 90 TV.

Shakeology Customer Lead Allocation • • •
Success Club 5 – Earn up to 5 customer leads a month Success Club 10 – Earn up to 10 customer leads a month Success Club Consecutive Month Multiplier: Increase the number of leads you can be eligible for by multiplying the total number of leads you qualify for by the number of consecutive months you qualify for Success Club (2 months of Success Club 10 and qualify for up to 20 customer leads).

Shakeology Customer Lead Program Lifetime Limits on Leads: Shakeology customer leads are limited by rank. If a Coach qualifies by earning, but has reached the lifetime limit per the current rank, no additional customer leads will be given until the Coach advances in rank. The customer leads that would have been allocated to a Coach who reaches the lifetime rank limit will forfeit those leads and the customer leads will be allocated to other qualifying Coaches.

Shakeology $50/$100 Commission Guarantee (May 1 through December 31, 2010)
Success Club 10 – Achieve Success Club 10 in any given month and become eligible to receive leads from the Shakeology Customer Lead Program in the calendar month following the Success Club 10 qualification. In the event a Coach earns less than $100 in retail commissions from leads produced by the Shakeology Customer Lead Program, Team Beachbody will pay out the difference as an adjustment to their earnings. Qualifiers who receive less than $100 in retail commissions as a result of reaching their lifetime allocation per rank will not be eligible for the additional adjustment. Success Club 5 – Achieve Success Club 5 in any given month and become eligible to receive leads from the Shakeology Customer Lead Program in the calendar month following the Success Club 5 qualification. In the event a Coach earns less than $50 in commission from leads produced by the Shakeology Customer Lead Program, Team Beachbody will pay out the difference as an adjustment to their earnings. Qualifiers who receive less than $50 in commission as a result of reaching their lifetime allocation per rank will not be eligible for the additional adjustment.
