Skye David Joins New Frame Lobbying Team New Frame announced Wednesday that Skye David will join its lobbying team beginning in early March 2017. David is a licensed attorney and has worked on public policy issues at the General Assembly since 2014, most recently for Representative Chris Malone (R-Wake) as a legislative assistant. David will work on policy, legal and regulatory issues affecting all New Frame clients, with a focus on the policy and lobbying needs of the North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault, the firm’s most recent client addition in the 2017 legislative session. “Recruiting Skye to join New Frame is another big milestone for our firm and clients,” said Jason Joyner, a partner at New Frame. “We are proud of the lobbying and communications work we have provided since 2014 but the addition of an attorney to our staff will only enhance our ability to serve our clients’ legislative needs.” David, who earned a law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois, will begin work at New Frame in early March 2017. “I am excited to join a firm so committed to serving its clients each and every day at the General Assembly,” said David. “As an advocate and a staff member at the General Assembly, I have witnessed New Frame’s professionalism, commitment to bipartisanship and civility, and serving legislators.
