Minutes: A. Move that the minutes of the January 3, 2017 Town Council meeting be approved, as recorded. B. Move that the minutes of the January 3, 2017 Town Council meeting closed session be approved, as recorded, and sealed.

Public Hearings: A. Conduct Show-Cause Hearings to consider the possible suspension, revocation, or other sanction regarding the listed Liquor Licenses due to non-renewal or non-compliance with the conditions of renewal: 1. Chipotle Mexican Grill of Colorado, LLC d/b/a “Chipotle Mexican Grill”, 371 Putnam Pike 2. Olga’s Famous Pizza, Inc. d/b/a “Famous Pizza”, 343 Waterman Avenue 3. Rocco’s, LLC d/b/a “Rocco’s Pub & Grub”, 55 Douglas Pike, Unit 101 B. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider a Code of Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 321 Taxation, Article II: Tax Exemptions; Tax Freeze, Section 321-2 Authority of Tax Assessor, Ordinance Section 321-2(B). C. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider proposed Amendments to the Comprehensive Community Plan for changes to the Housing Section – Low and Moderate Income Housing Strategies.

Consider approving a new Holiday Sales License for The Sherwin Williams Company d/b/a “The Sherwin Williams Company”, 400 Putnam Pike, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances, and a Rhode Island Permit to Make Sales at Retail. B. Consider approving the annual renewal of a Private Detective License for Ralph Howe, 4 Anson Brown Road, Johnston, RI for his business “Information Connection Unlimited”, 400D Putnam Pike, Smithfield, RI, as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances, and final approval by the Smithfield Police Chief. C. Consider approving a new Victualling License for Melissa Carbone d/b/a “Bree’s Deli”, 115 Pleasant View Avenue, #1, with the hours of operation to be Monday through Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., as applied, subject to compliance with all State regulations, local ordinances, a Rhode Island Permit to Make Sales at Retail, and final approval from the Rhode Island Department of Health. D. Consider approving the annual renewal of one (1) Victualling License for Aramark Educational Services, LLC d/b/a “The Scoop”, 1150 Douglas
